This Day in Wells Fargo HistoryAugust 22, 1926

Radio enthusiasts witnessed money arrive right out of the air, when a representative of RCA transmitted a $500 check from Hawaii to San Francisco by radio. Cashing this check made Wells Fargo one of the first banks to honor a check sent by Pictoradio.
